Online Personal Training
Live 1:1 sessions over WhatsApp, Google Meet, or FaceTime. You train in real time while Julia coaches your form, pace, and intensity - exactly like an in-person session, just through your screen.

Online Coaching
A custom program you follow on your own schedule, with Julia guiding your progress. Ideal if you’re self-motivated but want expert programming and accountability without booking a live slot each week.
